DOMESTIC CLEANER IN LINCOLN UK
We are an independent Professional Domestic Cleaning Company, which is family run.
As traditional Housekeepers, we take a professional pride in our work and have satisfied clients all over Lincoln!
We are not a franchise! Most of our clients come from the public's recommendations. We also do not employ agency staff!
We offer three services to meet all criteria and situations. - Whether you are about to embark on our other services on a weekly basis and wish to begin with a top to bottom clean down, or whether it is that you are unable to keep up with the cleaning duties around your home, (And would like to keep your independence!). You may lead a busy and hectic lifestyle and would like more precious time to spend with your family, then we can take on the mundane household duties for you, giving you peace of mind that all your household chores are taken care of with our 'Housekeeper Service'.
Our 'Final Clean Down' Service can be used in a variety of situations. You could be a tenant or landlord that needs to clean your home thoroughly at the end of a tenancy, or, as used by some of our clients, you could be wanting to start your regular cleaning contract with ourselves and would benefit from an initial clean, or students sharing a home that is in need of a clean once in a while to keep on top of it. We can offer a totally safe, reliable and friendly service to suit you! (Once you try it, you'll wonder how you lived without it!).
All of our staff are CRB checked for your security and have all been vetted and trained by our owners; Shaun Holmes and Kirsty Heritage. (Who both still work for the company, housekeeping).
Our 'Homecare Service' is charged at an hourly rate of £9.50/Hr, which includes our travelling costs and all equipment and cleaning products. You do not need to supply us with anything - unlike some domestic cleaning companies.
Our 'Housekeeper Service', is charged at a weekly rate and is totally bespoke to your household's needs, week in week out. The charges for this service are explained to our new clients after meeting and discussing their household's needs, as it is totally up to you how little or how much you require our housekeeper to do.
We also offer a, 'Final Clean Down Service', that is charged as a 'one off service' to tenants and landlords or anyone else that just needs to give their home a blitz! These charges are quoted after an inspection of the property.

As a domestic cleaning company, we are in high demand, due to our approach to cleaning and the quality of training given to our staff. Therefore sometimes it could take 1-2wks when arranging our services, for your first clean. (Although, if you require one of our services urgently, then please contact us as soon as possible and we wil accommodate your wishes as soon as we can).
